Hi, I’m back again and excited to share images from my solo show at Bell Projects, Denver!
I’m so grateful for such a wonderful opening reception, with a great turnout of friends and new friends. It felt like every time I’d just finished saying hi to someone, I turned around and there was someone new to greet. Huge thanks to everyone for coming out!
For those local, the gallery will be open on Saturday and Sunday’s 12-5pm throughout November, as well as by appointment. If you’d like me to meet you there sometime please let me know, I’d be happy to do so. Also, I’ll be giving an Artist Talk on Wednesday, November 15th at 6.30pm in the gallery, we’d love to see you there.
All the available work can be viewed here, and scroll down for more images. A huge thank you to Lindsey at Bell Projects, for giving me the space to fill as well as curating the show so beautifully. Also to family, friends and supporters, I couldn’t do it without you!
Special Edition Prints
For the show I created two special screen print editions: Aspens pays homage to the beautiful trees found abundantly in Colorado; their leaves quiver beautifully in the wind, and at this time of year when they’re more or less naked, the silver white bark is distinguished. The second edition Alpine Lake is drawn from a photo I took in the James Peak Wilderness, where I got knocked over by a rolling rock dislodged by a dog (IFYKYK).
To get your hands on one you can buy directly at Bell Projects or from my shop. They’re $80 each, and on my site there’s an option to buy both editions for $150. As a newsletter subscriber you can get free global shipping until the end of the year by using code SNAILMAIL.
